Error when i invoke a process on workbench

When i try to invoke any custom process on workbench then while deploying the application it shows some error :

Can any one please let me know what is the issue. Due to this i am not able to apply reader extension rights on any pdf from

http://host:Port/ReaderExtensions

Maybe the Workbench log would shed more light on the issue.

Check under Help/ About Adobe LiveCycle..../Configuration Details/View Error Log.
