I have a form that we have been using for quite some time.  It works, but the annoying part is that when a reviewer opens it up, it returns a script failed error.  It is a simple if, elseIf statement and as I stated previously, the statement works, but what I'm trying to avoid is the error from populating the screen when viewed by my review team.  Any ideas on how to avoid this would be greatly appreciated.  This occurs regardless of design software (ES3 or 4).

Thank you very much.
