Error in the search function in support forums

It is no longer posible to search the forums for specific key words. I usually use the search function a lot. Nov tt looks like the it only search people and not the forums.

I don't know where to report this error that's why it comes here.

Kirstine,

I was finding issues like that too where I was putting in the word 'encrypt' but it didn't find anything.

What I did was click the 'More Options' link and then set the When option to 'All' - this seemed to bring back the search results I needed.

Hi Kirstine,

The search facility is broken or at best intermittent. See a couple of threads in the "Community Forum Comments" forum: http://forums.adobe.com/community/general/forum_comments.

Try a google search, maybe restricting to adobe.com domain.

Good luck,

Niall

Hi Niall

I wasn't aware that there was a forum for forum issues.

Thanks.

Wonderful.

Now I get all the results I expected.

Suppose they have changed the default search options...
