I'm a novice with LiveCycle designer and working on a form with calculations.  Here is what is looks like

(Height * 2) + Gusset * Width = Total Size

The total size field is calculating fine.

Now i want to use the Total Size like this:

Total Number = 5000000 / Total size, but i get the error.  What am i doing wrong?

The arithmetic over/underflow appears when you try to multiply or divide a value with 0 or null.

Tho avoid this you should wrap your script in an if-expression.

var totalValue = 0

if (not totalSize.isNull) then

    totalValue = 500000 / totalSize

endif

$ = totalValue
