I'm told Live Cycle might be the answer for this, can someone point me in the right direction please.

Is it possible to create a pdf, that a user could add pics (logo) to a preset placeholder and modify only some text, then output to a new .pdf?

What I'm looking to do, is create some flyers/brochure templates as .pdf and provide to a list of customers, where the customer (end user) can then add their logo, phone number and a few other text placeholders in specific predefined locations (but not be able to modify all text)

Basically I want to create a flyer where they can add their branding & contact info, but not be able to modify the "look" of the flyer.

Then the end user can save their edit as a .pdf and take it to print, etc.

(the point being end user not having software or knowledge to create their own flyer, just upload your own logo and print is my goal)

Is this possible?

Thanks!
