We are using Live Cycle to manage emails we receive and convert then to PDF file. Our EMail system is Lotus Note. "gerr" What we are attempting to accomplish is to not loose the formating of the Lotus notes emails we receive. Live Cycle we understand only handles natively Plain Text and HTML mime. These files are being submitted into a Filenet system. This part is full up and running well. It is the EMail header and bodies that are giving us trouble. The attachments are fine converting. I can't think we are the only ones who want to maintain formatting. I am interested if anyone has worked on this type project. We are looking to contract the work.
