Email Submit

I have a form that have a email submit button (to submit form as PDF) the problem is that the when the form is filled out, all the selected fields (fields that are invisible until selected on form) are not showing up on the emailed form. Is there a way to fix this?

Make sure the binding is set to Normal and not None on the Object/Binding palette.

The binding is set to Normal. I have attached a sample of my form if that helps. Any other suggestions?

Also make sure that in File->Form Properties on the Defaults tab you have "Preserve scripting changes..." set to Automatically.
