Dynamic PDF form not working...

I created a LiveCycle form last year, then output it as a Dynamic PDF form.  All was working well.  Another user (running Acrobat Pro DC) noted that some of the dropdowns were not displaying as they should, and that the logos were no longer working.

In the form I have various scripts that populate dropdown lists based on user selections, including a client logo that would be visible when selected.

Fast forward a year later, with no other software, form, or script changes being made, and now some of the scripts will not work when I save the same file as

a new dynamic PDF.

I am on a Windows PC (7 Pro, 64-bit), running LiveCycle ES4, and Acrobat Pro DC.

I am unsure where to start troubleshooting the issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Do you have "Show console on error and messages" set, to see if there is anything being displayed.

When you say not displaying as they should, how are they being displayed?

Are you able to share your form, you can publish it somewhere like Dropbox, or Google Docs and post a link here so we can have a look?
