For some reason when I try to email my form, or save it to a location, the dynamic fields disappear. I have three buttons for print, save and submit (by email).
The actual process of saving thePDF file or adding the PDF file to an email works fine, it's just that dynamic fields are missing from the PDF file.
An ideas as what I'm missing?
