Does XML possible?

Hi everyone,

I m starting a new project based on dynamic forms and I would like to know before buying products if you think first that acobat 9 or LiveCycle are good products?

And I want ,when the user is done, to save the wrote data into a DB and i would like to do that in XML, do you know if it possible ?
