Does anyone knows how to use LiveCycle PDF Generator with .NET framework

I need to develop a project to batch import xml data into pdf form (dynamic designer form), I search through the internet seems that the only viable solution i can find is to use Adobe Livecycle. However currently the infrastructure in the company is mostly .NET based infrastructure, how do I use .NET with LiveCycle?

LiveCycle is J2EE based, so you the way to interact with LiveCycle would be using SOAP (web services).
