Display Filepath/filename AND display form property/version

Hello

I am creating 3 forms for my school in LiveCycle.  The user would like the filepath/filename to be displayed at the bottom of the printed form AND the version number.

Now I can manually change the version number in a text box or text field no problem.  I would much rather the actual "Version" that is typed into the Form Properties window be displayed instead.

I have read several posts on several forums on displaying filepath/filename, but none of the suggestions seem to work.  I have not found ANY information on how to display information from the Form Properties. I am assuming that the Form Properties are stored in XML, but heck if I know how to get to them.

any help on these issues would be greatly appreciated!!

I created a sample form for you. The code is on the initialize event of each field.
