Digital signature Sign Document dialog box

I am using Acrobat XI standard, When i click the place signature and drag rectangle box , the "Sign Document" dialog box is not opening, directly "Add Digital ID" dialog box is opening. Please tell me how to get "Sign Document" dialog box setting after click Place signature and drag rectangle.
