Different fill for Caption & Value

I have a numeric field, and three text fields. Can the Caption have a solid fill as shown?

Note, this example was comped in InDesign, I am recreating from scratch in LC ES. I have accomplished the question with a seperate rectangle stacked below the fields, but that prohibits using a linear fill for the values.

Hi,

If I was going this I would use a Table object, where the solid colour would be a Header Row. You can set the background colour of the Header Row very easily. Also it makes alignment easier.

If you want to use individual fields, then setting the fill in the Border palette will set the colour of the caption area. However this will also be visible around the value area if you have margins set in the Layout palette.

Make sense?
