Delete/remove attachement in PDF form?

Users send back PDF form with attach documents.

How do you go about remove/delete these attachments in the PDF form?

Any help is appreciated.

I think DDX can do this for you.

Since, I don't have experience on that, I couldn't elaborate. It just might be a starting point for you to read DDX concepts.
