Date-field with format

Hi together,

I use a field for dates. This works fine except that the format I choose is ignored. The format is always shown in the US-format: yy-mm-dd. I want it as dd.mm.yy? What goes wrong?

Did you try with this "DD.MM.YYY" (upper case only) format as display pattern of the date field. Hope it is working.

If still ur facing same problem just send me the file or copy that date to new file and send.

I did - with DD.MM.YYYY (four Y). But when I choose the date with the mouse from the calender the date shown is 2010/01/01 8-(((. I does not use the german format.

Another idea?
