Date field format

Hi all,

Is it possible to format the date field to show only mm/dd? How?

Hi,

Yes, you can. The easiest way would be to select the date/time field and go to the Object > Field palette. Then click on Patterns and set the Display pattern: date{MM/DD}

Thanks Niall. I see that works for Display only and not for Edit or Data. But it's good enough for what I'm doing.
