Data do not show when populating in form

Hello Every One,

I am having a problem of populating data in the form from the web service which was created in workbench. I tested by invoking the process in the workbench

and it is working fine but when I try to execute it in the form, the data do not show at all. It used to work before and not sure why now it is stop working.

Could any one please help.

Did you set up securioty on the web service correctly? Did you set the runAs parameter to allow your web service to make "other" authenticated calls? Look in the LC log and see if there are any error messages. Are you using Acrobat or Reader?

Hi Paul,

I have set up the security of the web service as below:

- Required callers to authenticate: No

- Special Run As : System

Am I missing something?

No that should do it.

Are you using Acrobat or Reader?

What are you passing back through the WS call?

Hi Paul,

I did not know that after they upgraded the Acrobat Pro to 9.1.3 then it changed my default to open it in Acrobat Reader. So it took me

awhile to change it back to have it open in Acrobat Pro by changing the file types, the registry, couple times, then manuualy reboot the PC and

it works now.
