Crop PDF and get all Font information from the PDF and generate XML from the PDF.

I already cropped the PDF using Adobe but i couldn't understand the concept of AcroApp.Rect().
mean that how can i dynamically pass these
Rect.Left
Rect.Right
Rect.Top
Rect.Bottom
Fields.
As per my requirment the user draw the rectangle on PDF and crop it.
2:
I need all font and image information like (Font size ,Image Position etc) from cropped PDF.
and is it possible to generate PDF to XML .
I write code in C#/Vb.net.
so give possible answer according to c#.
