Creating "Collapsible Text" areas

Hi,

In order to save valuable "text field" space on my form, I would need to make certain text reference areas expandable/collapsible.

Not every user of my form will need to read that text but it still needs to be there from a legal reference point of view.

So I'm able to copy the example from that form but not to create one on my own...any step by step instructions I could follow?
