Creating applications on the fly?

Looking to set it up so each user has his own application.  For billing purposes without having to rely on the room console. Also is there an API for billing reports and the sort? Currently just aiming to use data from getAccountInfo() for the reports. Cheers.

No, currently you cannot create new application (and automatically configure them to accept charges for $1000,000.00 on your credit card ? )

I understand what you are trying to do but the main problem is just that: how do we let you create paid applications and make sure you are actually agreeing to pay for the configured amount for all of them ?
