Creating a link (like using Link Tools)?

I have created a form using Livecycle and want to create links (as in the Link Tool in acrobat Pro)from the Page title on the contects page to the relevant page but there seems no way of creating the link. If i open the pdf in acrobat pro 8 the link tool is greyed out.

I cannot find anyway of doing this and it is driving me crazy.

Since no has replied, this might help: I know you can open a URL in JavaScript. Maybe put that in the click event.
