Is there a way to create a form within Abobe Acrobat 10 (or elsewhere) that can be filled in by the user, saved locally, exportable, submitable, and DYNAMIC (I want the ability to add, modify, and delete fields within the form without losing or re-keying the original information . . . i.e everytime the user logs into their copy of the form, the saved information would appear, yet any updated fields would appear correctly as well . . .) if this needs to be cloud or otherwise-based, so be it. I just don't know if such a solution exists, and if so, what it is . . . . Thanks for any help you can provide.
