Created a pdf form in Acrobat Pro ver 8 and used livecycle 8.0 to create a fill in the blank document. I am now on page 20 of my 20 page document and now realize that the lines inserted for people who still use a typewriter should have been taken out. I have used aapro to delete and insert pages before, but now that the document has gone through livecycle, the option to insert a page is not highlighted. Is there any way of modifying a page or replacing a page at this point?
