after i finish editing videos i export to one master file. then upload back in to add effects ontop the video. when adding the hollywood looks such as crushed color or hollywood movie, the program freezes and end up having to crtl alt del and restart adobe.
You've posted this in a LiveCycle forum rather than a support forum for a video app. Are you using Premiere Elements, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or something else?
