Correspondence Management SA : ALC-ACM-002-001

Hi,

We are geting "ALC-ACM-002-001" error in CMSA Asset Manager for a letter when we try to delete it.

It doesn't show any details on the Letter Edit screen and doesn't preview either. So at the moment you can't edit/delete, it is stuck. How to clear the system from this asset?

Error Ref:

Code	ALC-ACM-002-001 (Solutions - Asset Composer)
Type	Error
Cause	Provide valid object identifier for the {0}.
Action	An invalid object identifier was given. Verify that the object identifier is valid (not null and not empty).

Hi,

It might be possible that the content is already deleted but the related index in ContentSpace have gone corrupt hence showing you in the search results.

Please contact Adobe Support for this issue.

Usually it is not recommended to delete any CM SA asset directly from Content Space by users, It is better to contact Adobe support for this specific issue.
