Correspondance management - half loading issue Urgent please help

Hi,

I have develop the 42 template in CMSA and in dev region its working fine when the same code is moved to QA region the template letter are not getting generating an half loading issue is showing up.

We have check all logs files and from adobe support we got to know that patch file need to deploy. But can't guarantee that even deploying the patch file half loading issue can be resolved.

Please suggest

Most of the logs say ResourceResolver is null. Can you please share the flash log ( you getting flash logs from UI press Ctrl + Alt + D then dialogue will display with title "Create Correspondence Debug Console Window" )
