Converting forms from Word?

We were told that you can convert forms from Word with Live Cycle.  Is that correct because it errors out every time I try to do this.

Any ideas?

Error:  Word (version XP or onwards) cannot found on the machine

I have ES4. I just opened a word form with es4, worked ok.

Hi, from the error it sounds like you have an older version of Word.

Although I am not clear on your issue, are you trying to convert from Livecycle to Word?
