Converting 13 pages of Word document that has 3-pages form.

Hello Everyone,

Please give me any advise or suggestion on this:

I currently have a 15-pages Word documentation that has a 3-pages form ,
over page, and TOC that I want to convert to one PDF form. I am
thinking about creating that 3-pages form to a pdf form and make other
12 text pages to pdf as another PDF document to attach to that 3-pages form but not sure
if this is a good idea. Here is some more things:

1) If TOC is complicated for pdf form then it may be avoided.
2) The form is dynamic and flowable. Most of the fields in the 3-pages form are expandable text fields so it may be flowed to more than 3 pages.

3) I  will have a workflow process that the user can submit to get approval from different mangers.

If you have any advise or suggestion please share. It will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Han Dao

If the 3 page form is dyna,ic as you say then the import will only give you the look and feel of the form. You will have to rework the PDF form anyways to get the dynamic nature that you seek. The other 12 pages are static text and can be included in the form (they will simply be moved as needed by the dynamic nature of the form) assuming you create the form correctly. If you make then an attachment then I woudl put script on the form to make it easier for the user to get at those pages. Either way the product is flexible enough to handle either situation.
