I am creating a form in Adobe for users to complete and submit via e-mail that i will then merge into a data file. the form contains "header" information (IE: name, date, location) and also a table of data. I want each row of data in the table of the form to be a row of data in the data file. i want the header information to repeat for each row of data. Is this possible?
