Connecting to the Service?

I've experienced the same problems... http://afcs.acrobat.com is the only place that works, but data polling doesn't seem to work either.

Our Systems engineering team is working diligently on restoring service.

We have encountered an issue with our DNS service provider that is preventing name resolution to the servers.

We will post an update once its back up.

I' have been able to log in but even that site throws errors, and all my room names are gone.

As a side question. I'm having serious issues with video streaming where the connection is looing much better on some machines and not others on the same network. The result is really slow video for some.

Is there anything I should be looking for (network sniffing packets, bandwith etc)
