connect to outlook address book

1) Is there a way to allow users to choose emails from a outlook address book (global address list) for emailing in number 2 below?

2) I would like to program a function that emails a printed pdf version of the filled form.

Access to the address book is not allowed as fas as I know.

What do you mean by a printed PDF version .....do you mean you do not want any interaction with the form?
