We are seeing an issue on our production system with one of our workflows, in that the user is being asked to authenticate when clicking on Complete. This issue does not occur on development, and the only difference between the two systems is that SSO has been configured on prod and not on dev. If you are testing on dev you have to sign-in, dev is set this way so developers can have multiple accounts to test with without having to sign off then on there workstations.
Here are my questions in the Endpoint Management area under the Security tab you have a place that says “Require callers to authenticate”. If this is set to Yes and SSO is turned on would this require a user to re-type their user name and password? What is the reason or best practices for using this setting?
