Completing duplicate fields

I have a form that has two pages; each page has the same fields and data entry requirements. How do I set up the fields so that the user only inputs the information once into one field on page one and it automatically fills in the 'sister' field on page 2?

If you change each field to "Use global data" in the binding tab for the object it should work.
