We have been informed via different blogs that you are about
to restrict the use of Cocomo to USA only. These blogs are
reporting emails they got from Adobe, so it seems to be serious
information.

If this is true, this would be a very bad news for teams
outside USA who started working on project based on Cocomo.
I must say that I wouldn't really understand this limitation
and hope that Cocomo will come back online very quickly for all of
the non US users. This is also showing us how important it is, for
businesses, to be able to host our Cocomo server, to be independent
from such decision.
Al the best for this great project and hoping this limitation
will never be implemented,
