I have done a form using Livecycle Designer on a Windows OS.
Certain "clients" say that the filled up cells will not save when they close he form. As it is a 17 pages long document, and people may not want to fill it up in one go before sending it, this is a problem. This occurs when using Redear or Acrobat to fill the form. I thought it was because those people were using Mac, but actually some people with Windows have the same problem. The following message appears:
Cannot Save Form Information
Please note : You cannot save a completed copy of this form on your computer.
If you would like a copy for your records, please fill it in and print it.
What can I do?
