Checkbox not remaining checked after emailed.

I have a list of checkboxes. I check any or all of them, try to send it via email, once I open it from the other end, none of the baxes have remained checked.

Pleas help!

I need the PDF to be editable with every person, so either a lock and the unlock feature.

Nevertheless, I tried these scripts and even when I lock the checkboxes, they do not stay checked after it's emailed.

Everything else sticks and works great!

Is it only the checkboxes that are not coming through or is it all fields?

Don't know how, but I've figured it out and all works fine now.

I'm really not sure what I did, but I did start from "scratch" re-did all the coding and it seems to work fine now.
