Hi,
For each different page size or page orientation you need to set up a Master Page. Then in the design view select a page and go to the Object / Pagination tab. You can then set which master page you want the page to be placed on (see uploaded file). Now subsequent pages will follow that master page as well. So go to the next page where the orientation changes back and again set the right master page orientation.
LC can get a bit confused and generate extra occurances of a page when the content of the page goes beyond the page. This will happen when you are setting up the portrait and landscape pages. Not to worry, when you have the orientation set correctly for all pages. Just grab the blue dashed rectangle on each page and make sure it is within the red rectangle. Grab and drag! Once the blue rectangle is back within the page, the extra occurances will be gone and you will be back to a 12 page form with portrait and landscape pages.
