Change Email Value based on Drop Down List choice

I am creating a form for an interlibrary loan that can be emailed to the corresponding library based upon drop down menu.

For example: Drop down menu choice for the lending library is Ontario - email needs to go to the Ontario campus library.

How do I do this?

Here is a sample form that can help you..In the attached form, I am taking the email from the Textfield. For your requirement, you can pass the value from the Dropdown selection.
