Change e-mail address in a distributed form.

I created a fillable form in LiveCycle Designer.  Once complete I went through the distribution process and choose to save the form on my computer and send it out manually.

I entered my email so that it would be submitted to me via email when the recipitent chooses to submit the form using the automatic option at the top of the screen.  I did not add a submit button to the form in the design process.

Now that it has been distributed where and how do I change this email?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

If you have distributed via Acrobat, then it is likely that the email address associated with the Acrobat.com account has been used for the form.

So you would need to make the changes in Acrobat preferences and then re-distribute your form again.

Perhaps I have a different version to you? When I go to Acrobat - Edit - Preferences the dialog box that appears isn't the same.

There is no option for Acrobat.com like you have highlighted.

The only section where I can edit the e-mail address is under 'Online Services'.

I changed the e-mail here and tested the Pdf in Live Cycle as you suggested. The new e-mail address was in place on my submit button. However once I distributed it the e-mail address reverted to the old one. Bizarre!

Any light you can shed on this is greatly appreciated!

Try specifying it in: Edit > Preferences > Identity
