CF sample missing

I've just downloaded the 0.91 SDK. Inside
CocomoSDK_0.91/extras/readme.html it says that a ColdFusion script
is provided, however it is not included in extras/scripts



Can it be obtained elsewhere?

Hi Stefan,



Unfortunately, it seems as though that got included in
error. We are in fact working on a CF script for it, but it wasn't
ready for shipping for .91. We'll release it here as soon as we
have something worth sharing.
