Cannot seem to have both Right-Align and vertically centered on a multi-line field in a static form

The field always reverts to vertically aligning at the top (which I don't want!).

What can I do ?

Hi Andrew,

I have not seen that before. Maybe delete the textfield and start with a new object. It may have been corrupted.

I have many documents with the same issue, but I will try and do what you suggest.

Hi Andy,

The default vertical alignment is center aligned, so you should be able to get the behaviour you want.

I have just tested and I can't replicate the issue here with Designer ES2 (v 9). Are the TextFields standalone or are they in a Table. That shouldn't affect the alignment, just trying to see if there is something else going on.

Deleting the errant field and re-created a new one, and then copying that across all the documents seems to have worked. The fields are standalone and are updated and flattened by XFDF files at run-time.
