I have created a form in Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES.  Adobe Acrobat Reader users are reporting to me that the form with data filled is not savable.  Is there anything I can do when creating the form to allow Reader users to save the form?

You need to enable Reader Extensions in the PDF using the Adobe Acrobat Pro / using the Server component Reader Extensions.

Below image shows how to do it with Acrobat Pro.
