Cannot Open or View a PDF Created in Livecycle Designer ES4

I created a fillable pdf with livecycle designer ES4. No one in my organization can open or view it. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Error Message:

Your PDF viewer may not be able to view this type of document.

Steps Taken:

Uninstall Adobe Reader XI, and then I reinstalled a new Adobe Reader DC.

You'll have to open this specific kind of PDF form with Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader or any 3rd Party PDF-Viewer that supports XFA technology. Keep in mind that XFA is not supported by PDF viewers on iOS or Android devices.
