Cannot get pagination to work

I cannot get my subforms, tables, or anything else to continue onto page 2, although I used to be able to do this without issue. For some reason, the pagination options for whatever object (such as a subform or table) do not appear. I have such things as "allow breaks within content" selected everywhere, and "overflow" set to "page 2," with is Master page 2, but the object will not render after the first page. I have also tried to wrapping the object in a subform and setting it to "flowed" but that does not make a difference.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think the issue has to do with a glich in my program because I rebooted my computer and the pagination menus are appearing as they should. This might also be responsible for the non-rendering issue.
