cancelAction preprint

Does cancelAction on preprint event works on a form with multiple signature fields? Also, I know this was asked a couple years ago. Is it possible to prevent users from saving an incomplete form?

The cancelAction should work when printing the form even if there are signatures. It definitely doesn't work when saving the form.
