Hello, I am fairly new to ALD. I use Designer to add the following to our Production Forms:
Print Button
Date field
I select the print button option from the wizard and then amend the text to prompt the user to print the form doublesided and change the properties to visible screen only. I then insert a date field, make it mandatory for the user to select the date and then finally I change the font for the date field and centralise.
I then copy the date field and paste it on each form next to the text 'Date:' on each page, before finally selecting the Global option to bind the fields together.
When a user requests a change to documentation we have many forms to edit in this way at once and I want to know if these steps can be automated with a Macro of some kind?
