Can't complete and save PDF form on Dell tablet

Created a form in LiveCycle for use on a Dell tablet.  User reports the following:

With the DELL Windows tablet running Windows 8.1, the form is viewable, the text fields and the radio buttons work as expected.  When attempting to write on the form with the DELL Stylus, the testers were unable to scribe freely on the form within the prescribed areas.  All our tablets have Adobe XI reader installed. For testing, one tablet was installed a trail version of Adobe Pro and the form it still does not allow us to write.

Hi,

there is no way to fill fields with handwrintings, only input by keyboard is possibüle I'm afraid.

The only field that allows handwrinting is a scribble field for signing but this is only available when the form is rendered a HTML.
