can i send data from a form to a webservice without pass through the livecycle server?

Hi all,

                  we have a requirement like, a submission form consist one submit button, when end user clicks the submit button it need to send the data to webservice without pass through the livecycle process. Because my management they were not able to afford the money for that livecycle process. So is there any possiblities without using live cycle server . If it is possible. can anyone tell me the workflow of that. how it will stored the values on our development server(IIS Server) without installing livecycle process on development server. Please let me know is it possible.

By LiveCycle process, you mean LiveCycle Server or LiveCycle ProcessManagement. You would still need LiveCycle server though LiveCycle process management is not required.
