Can i pick watchedfolder path from a property file ?

I've different environment from DEV to PROD. Each DEV environment( I've 3 different dev environment used for each release) shares the same mounting location but with different directory structure as below."xxx/DEV1/...."  ,  "xxx/DEV2/..." to help the testing. But i've to hard code the path for the watchfolder path and then need to change on every environment.

I dont have access to prod and cannot use the adminUI to update the watchedFolder path, as it is overridden with the path in the lca every time when the deploy happens. Please help me with the solution.

I want the path to be dynamically updated with the environment as below.

xxx/DEV1/PDFWatchedFolder

xxx/DEV2/PDFWatchedFolder

xxx/DEV3/PDFWatchedFolder

xxx/RWY1/PDFWatchedFolder

xxx/RWY2/PDFWatchedFolder

xxx/RWY3/PDFWatchedFolder

xxx/PRODQA/PDFWatchedFolder

xxx/PROD/PDFWatchedFolder

Adobe Livecycle provide JAVA API, with which i was able to achieve it. Please refer this link.
